What is the Saudi Golden Visa?
The Saudi Premium Residency program, commonly known as the Golden Visa, was introduced in 2019 as part of Vision 2030. It allows qualified non-Saudi nationals to live, work, and invest in the Kingdom without a Saudi sponsor. There are two types: Permanent Premium Residency and Renewable Premium Residency.
Types of Premium Residency
Permanent Premium Residency
Cost: SAR 800,000 (one-time fee). Grants permanent residency in Saudi Arabia with full rights to work, invest, and own property.
Renewable (1-Year) Premium Residency
Cost: SAR 100,000 per year. Renewable annually with similar benefits to permanent residency.
