Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Scope

SAFAARBAN Company ("SafaArban") provides bespoke B2B corporate advisory, Ministry of Investment (MISA) licensing, Commercial Registration (CR) incorporation, corporate banking facilitation, executive visa processing, and government relations (PRO) services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Because our engagements involve professional legal/regulatory work and statutory government filings, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all invoices and online payment links settled via Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay (NeoLeap), or Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) wire transfer.

2. Statutory Third-Party Government Fees (Non-Refundable)

Official government, ministerial, and regulatory fees paid or committed to Saudi Arabian authorities — including but not limited to the Ministry of Investment (MISA), Ministry of Commerce (SBC), Chamber of Commerce, Qiwa, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD / Maktab Al Amal), GOSI, ZATCA, Balady, Absher Business, Muqeem, and Saudi embassies — are strictly non-refundable once submitted or disbursed to the relevant government portal through SADAD or official payment channels.

3. Professional Advisory & Consultancy Fees

• Cancellation Prior to Commencement: If a client requests cancellation in writing within 7 calendar days of invoice settlement and before SafaArban has initiated eligibility structuring, legal document drafting, or portal filing, the professional advisory fee is eligible for a 100% refund minus actual payment gateway / bank transfer transaction charges.
• Cancellation During Document Preparation (Pre-Filing): If legal drafting, Articles of Association (AoA) preparation, or compliance review has commenced but the application has not yet been submitted to the government authority, a pro-rata refund of 50% of the advisory retainer for that milestone may be issued, or 100% of the unused balance may be credited toward another SafaArban corporate service within 12 months.
• After Portal Submission or Milestone Completion: Once an application has been formally filed with the relevant Saudi ministry or the agreed service milestone has been delivered, the corresponding professional advisory fee is considered earned in full and is non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are returned strictly via the original method of payment used by the client (credited back to the originating Mada / credit card via NeoLeap or wired back to the originating corporate bank IBAN via Saudi Awwal Bank). Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and approved funds typically reflect in the client's account within 7 to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank's settlement cycle.
