All fees are quoted in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of government fees, unless stated otherwise. Payments are due upon invoice issuance. Late payments may incur a surcharge. Government fees are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority.

SafaArban acts as a consulting and facilitation intermediary. While we ensure maximum compliance and professional handling, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from government authorities. Processing times are estimates based on standard government timelines and may vary. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected service.

All content on safaarban.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SafaArban and protected by Saudi Arabian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
