What is a MISA License?

The MISA (Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia) license — formerly known as SAGIA — is the mandatory first step for any foreign entity seeking to operate legally in the Kingdom. This license grants foreign investors the right to establish businesses with up to 100% foreign ownership.
